Introduction & Legal Framework
These Terms and Conditions govern the professional relationship, bookings, transactions, and services provided between the client (hereinafter referred to as "the Passenger" or "the Client") and SARL BILLETIX ALGERIE TRAVEL (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency"). By utilizing our services, website, or booking platforms, the Client explicitly agrees to be legally bound by these terms.
Agency Role & Liability Limitation
Intermediary Status: SARL BILLETIX ALGERIE TRAVEL operates strictly as an intermediary agent between the Client and third-party service providers (including operating airlines, hotels, tour operators, and global transport companies).
Service Provider Liability: The ultimate execution of the travel service is the sole responsibility of the final service provider. The Agency shall not be held liable for flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, lost baggage, accidents, or strikes caused by third-party providers.
Bookings, Fares, and Payments
Fare Guarantee
All fares are subject to real-time availability and can be modified by the airlines or suppliers without prior notice until the ticket is fully issued and paid for.
Payment Requirements
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. In accordance with Algerian financial regulations, payments must be settled via approved corporate payment methods, bank transfers, or cash equivalents at our designated offices.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
- Supplier Policies: All modifications, cancellations, and refunds are strictly governed by the specific fare rules and restrictive terms of the respective airline or hotel provider.
- Agency Service Fees: In the event of a voluntary cancellation or modification requested by the Client, SARL BILLETIX ALGERIE TRAVELreserves the right to charge a non-refundable administrative service fee in addition to the penalties imposed by the airline/supplier.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: Certain promotional or restricted fares are completely non-refundable and non-changeable once issued.
Passports, Visas, and Health Regulations
Client Responsibility: It is the absolute and sole responsibility of the Passenger to ensure they possess a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the return date), required entry/transit visas, and necessary health/vaccination certificates for their destination and transit points.
Boarding Denials: SARL BILLETIX ALGERIE TRAVEL cannot be held responsible for any financial loss, boarding denials, or deportation resulting from the Passenger's failure to meet immigration, visa, or custom requirements.
Force Majeure
SARL BILLETIX ALGERIE TRAVEL shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations caused by events outside its reasonable control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to acts of God, war, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or airspace closures.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Algeria.
