General Principles
All refund requests made to SARL BILLETIX ALGERIE TRAVEL are strictly subject to the rules, restrictions, and fare conditions of the respective third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, or global wholesalers). The Agency acts solely as an intermediary and must comply with the supplier's ultimate decision regarding eligibility for a refund.
Flight Ticket Refunds
Fare Rules
Refund eligibility depends entirely on the class of service and fare type purchased. Promotional tickets, restricted economy fares, and low-cost carrier tickets are generally non-refundable and non-changeable.
No-Show Policy
If a passenger fails to check-in or board a flight ("No-Show"), the ticket will be processed under the airline's strict no-show policy. In most cases, no-show tickets lose their entire value and are completely non-refundable.
Taxes and Fees
For certain non-refundable tickets, only specific government airport taxes may be refundable, subject to airline regulations.
Agency Administrative Service Fees
In the event that a refund is authorized by the airline or hotel provider, SARL BILLETIX ALGERIE TRAVEL will apply a non-refundable Administrative Service Fee per ticket/booking to cover operational costs.
The original service fee charged at the time of booking is completely non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time and Method
Processing Time
Once approved by the supplier, refunds can take between 15 to 45 business days to clear, depending on the airline's internal processing systems and global banking channels.
Refund Method
In accordance with Algerian financial regulations and anti-money laundering laws, refunds will be issued strictly using the original method of payment (bank transfer to the original account or cash equivalent to the original payer) and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Cancelled Flights by the Airline
If a flight is cancelled, significantly delayed, or rescheduled by the airline due to operational reasons, technical issues, or Force Majeure, SARL BILLETIX ALGERIE TRAVEL will process the refund as a "Involuntary Refund" according to the airline's guidelines. The Agency's standard operational handling fees may still apply.
